A LokS has been set up at each of the 36 university medicine sites participating in the NUM. They report directly to their respective executive board and act as a central point of contact for the coordination office for all matters relating to the respective site.
As decentralized hubs, the LokS perform important administrative, coordinating and communicative tasks. They work closely with the coordination office. They coordinate and administer key NUM processes for their site, both internally and in cooperation with the coordination office and LokS at other sites. In this way, they support joint work in complex, cross-location NUM projects and infrastructures. They are the central point of contact for the NUM stakeholders at their respective site.
